Discover the FreedOM that comes through the practice of the original hot yoga, Bikram’s Beginning** Yoga Class, otherwise known as Bikram 26/2. This tried and true sequence, adored for decades, is 26 unique postures and two breathing exercises.

*Shorter doesn’t = easier. A 60-min class feature all the same postures as a 90-min class but with less active rest.

**Pssst… Don’t mistake “beginner” for “easy.” Here, a beginner class simply means it’s an extremely safe class for all levels.

Hot Pilates

Hot Room Temp: 100 degrees

Humidity: 40%

Length: 45 min

Benefits: High intensity, aerobic and strength workout; sculpts and tones; complements Bikram 26/2

Get ready to turn up the intensity in this energetic, upbeat cardiovascular workout, set to music. Each class promises a new experience, so you’ll want to come often.

Class includes planks, lunges, and other strength work.

Hot Vinyasa

Hot Room Temp: 95 degrees

Humidity: 40%

Length: 45 min

Benefits: All-over; more flow and movement, blood flow, calming

Support your overall health as you connect your breath to movement. You’ll experience a wide array of hot vinyasa (under the vinyasa umbrella).

Beginning to intermediate postures.

Advanced Hot Vinyasa

Hot Room Temp: 95 degrees

Humidity: 40%

Length/Frequency: Two hours/once a week; with instructor approval only

Benefits: All-over; more flow and movement, blood flow, calming

Support your overall health as you connect your breath to movement. You’ll experience a wide array of hot vinyasa (under the vinyasa umbrella).

Advanced postures.

Integrated Hatha Yoga

Hot Room Temp: 105 degrees

Humidity: 40%

Length: 90 - 120 min

Benefits: Integrated Hatha Yoga is an intermediate level class of the Ghosh tradition. This class contains the traditional 26 postures from the beginner’s class plus 30 additional asanas! Integrated Hatha will take your practice to the next level as you learn arm balances, backbends, hip openers, and many strength building postures. Fast paced and loads of fun, this challenging class is sure to become a staple in your practice.

We recommend having a solid foundation in the 26/2 beginner’s class before attending this class.
